THREE NEW MISTRESSES At the first meeting of the year of the Hamilton Technical College Board of Managers last evening the principal, Mr W. Fraser, stated in his report that there were three new members of the staff, Misses E. I. Smith, .1. Clark and J. Fraser. Miss M. Noble, who had been on a brief visit to America would return next week. As the roll numbers were in excess of those of last year the same staff would be maintained though various adjustments would be necessary.
