(Received Dec. 14, 11.25 a.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 14 Dr. Goebbels, German Minister of Propaganda, had a two-hours* talk with M. Flandin, who arrived from Copenhagen on a private visit. M. Flandin will -see Dr. Goering today. The official news agency says that Dr. Goebbels alluded to certain papers published in France in the German language, which the German Government is anxious should be suppressed. It is also desirous of reducing the criticism in the French and German press against other countries.
