(Received Nov. 10, 3.15 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9 Full of enthusiasm for Australia and New Zealand and confidence in their future, Mr A. Henderson returned to England. He expressed admiration of New Zealand, and said the Government was doing a good job in carrying out interesting economic and social experiments, which might, if successful, considerably affect the legislation of other countries.
