ADHERENCE BY ITALY PROTEST BY THE SOVIET REGARDED AS UNFRIENDLY ACT (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Nov. 8 A message from Rome says an official communique states that the Russian Ambassador, M. Stein, called on the Italian Foreign Minister, Count Ciani, and indicated that Russia considered that Italy’s adherence to the Anti-Communist Pact was contrary to Italy of and regarded the signature of the pact as an unfriendly act. The Rome correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says Russian and other foreign diplomats believe the Soviet will sever diplomatic relations with Italy and repudiate the Italo-Russian agreement. Copyright (Received Nov. 10, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 9 The British United Press correspondent -says that inquiries in Europe have elicited the fact that Czechoslovakia is opposed to the anti-Comintern pact. Hungary and Yugoslavia will consult England and France, as they consider the pact is potentially anti-British.
