The Moscow correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that the Commissar of Defence, Marshal Voroshiloff, yesterday issued a decree calling to the colours the whole of the 1916 class of conscripts, also half of the 1915 class. The Trade Union organ Labour affirms that this call to arms is a feast for the entire land and a joyous event to every Soviet citizen. The Journal states that war olouds are becoming denser and that Fascism Is already preparing a war against the Soviet.
