Numbers of German subjects, In addition to three journalists, have been advised by the Home Office to leave Britain. All have accepted thp advice. Several others, including a girl who was staying at a London luxury hotel, abruptly departed after being interviewed by Scotland Yard officials. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph understands that Mr Norman Ebbutt is not likely to be withdrawn within a fortnight, but will await the expulsion order. A DRAMATIC WARNING. A dramatio warning to young Germans not to visit Britain owing to the pogrom raging against Germans is published in the official Nazi organ, the Angrleff, from a London correspondent, who advises Germans not to run the danger of “shameless insults and as- , perslons. against which they have no protection.” Mr Ebbutt Is receiving a stream of abusive letters and phone calls from people In Berlin. BIARRITZ, Aug. 12. The Count de Los Andres, France’s representative at Biarritz, and Herr von Godd, a correspondent of the official German news agency at St. Jean de Luz, have been served with expulsion orders. No reason is given.
