Stehu, who has been lent to the Commonwealth Government by the Dutch East Indies Government, to examine the volcanoes at Rabaul, arrived al Brisbane to-day en route to New Guinea. When Dr. Stehn arrives at Rabaul he will don a gas mask and descend the Vulcan and Matupi oraiem. He will report as to whether Rabaul should be suitable as the capital In future.
