Colonel de la Rocque, leader of the French Social Party, who has acquired Le Petit Journal at a price reported .to be £70,000. states in the first issue of the Journal under his control that the membership of tlie Social Party totals 3.000,000. He says that the foremost object of the party is to rid France of Communism, which is being achieved.
