Essex won on the first innings. Gloucestershire v. Warwickshire.— Gloucestershire, first innings, 107 (Mayer, 7 for 46) ; second innings, 83 (Mayer, 6 for 24). Warwickshire, first innings, 222 (Goddard, 5 for 82). Warwickshire won by an innings and 32 runs.
