WAIPA CLUB'S WINTER MEETING. WINTRY WEATHER CONDITIONS. The Waipa Racing Club held their annual winter meeting on the Te Awamutu racecourse on Saturday, when In spite of unsettled weather conditions there was a very good attendance.
