WAIPA CLUB'S WINTER MEETING. WINTRY WEATHER CONDITIONS. The Waipa Racing Club held their annual winter meeting on the Te Awamutu racecourse on Saturday, when In spite of unsettled weather conditions there was a very good attendance. The exceeding cold made fur coats the vogue among the feminine followers, and another popular choice was tweed suits and coats. The colour trend was for the more sombre browns and navy, blues, with a sprinkling of green and rust. Among those present were:—Mesdames W.
