DIVORCES GRANTED.
SUPREME COURT SITTING. Bertha Shaw, of Mahihi (Mr Paterson), was granted a decree nisi by Mr Justice Fair in Hie Supreme Court, Hamilton, yesterday, against John Nicholas Shaw, whom she married on August 4, 1926. After living at Te Kuiti, where the only child was born, the pair became unhappy and proceedings were taken to separate. Petitioner said that -she worked in the country to maintain herself. A decree granted to Edna May Head (Mr P. G. llarkness) against Mervyn Silvie Head on the grounds of separation.
