ANOTHER VESSEL FOR JAPAN. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received May 29, ii a.m.) TOKIO, May 28. The Osaka Iron works launched another whaler, the 20,000-ton Tonan Maru, for the Japan Fishery Company. It is tlie biggest non-naval vessel built in Japan.
