LABOUR IN FRANCE.

APPEAL BY PRIME MINISTER. FEAR OF FINANCIAL CRISIS. United Press Asst.—Elec Tel. Copyright PARIS, Feb. 22. The French Prime Minister, M. Blum, made a broadcast appeal to-day to State employees not to claim farther increases of wages at present lest they precipitate a financial crisis. M. Blum announced that the Cabinet had decided to introduce a Bill to suppress profiteering.
