FIVE FRAUD CHARGES. * THREE MEN IN COURT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association > W ELL I NOT ON, Monday. Five charges of false pretences in the conduct of a competition for which a motor-car was offered as a prize were made jointly in the Supreme Court to-day against Harold Fairchild Pobar, an agent, Bertram Egley, comsecrclary, and llunnath Noel Blake Marshall, company director. The principal charge was tli&t between June, 11)33, and March, 1936, the accused conspired lo defraud such persons as should be induced lo purchase tickets in a skill lest competipany secretary, and Ilaimulli Noel Marshall, company director. Won by falsely representing that a ear "as available as a prize without disclosing that the ear was subject to an instrument by way of security, securing Iho principal sum of £ iSO and by falsely representing that the ear was new and was being kept sealed. The ease will probably last till Thursday.
