DEVELOPMENT PLANB. STAFF LEADERS FROM LONDON. / % (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. Representatives from all over New Zealand met to consider reports and to frame a policy for the guidance arid development of Too 11 In New Zealand. It was decided to apply to headquarters, London, for appointment to New Zealand of two staff leaders, a padre and organising secretary, for three years. A scheme for offering assistance where desired by the headmasters of colleges and high schools in promoting Ideals of civic and social responsibility, especially among boys at their leaving age, was unanimously approved.
