Official confirmation of the lifting of the boycott of British whalers by Norwegian seamen has been received by the Foreign Offioo from the Norwegian Charge d’Affalree, who during his call was given every assurance that in these circumstances the proposals which lie brought two days ago from the-Norwegian Government would receive attention.
K is felt that the Norwegian proposals offer a real basis for discussion, with good hopes of reaching an agreement.
