BUSINESSMEN’S ASSOCIATION. A very successful social and dance was held recently at. St. George's Hall by the Fi‘nnkton Businessuien's Association. The evening: was very much enjoyed by the large number present. The Judging of essay competitions \\'ritte‘n by the, children of Frankinn, “Why we should shop in anktou," proved Vf‘l‘)‘ interesting and 1119 prize of 105 6d was awarded to Acnshla Peterson. During the evening items were given by the rnllmvinz::-—Elrwu—-iinn. .\lisse‘s Pat-LY Blake and R. Anderson: songs. Misses Yul Pavkm'. L. Bridges and Mrs I‘wephe: tap dances, Mr Tom Bnt'nr'tt, and were much 21p—p|~noiated by “in audie'nce‘ ’rhn singing of Anid Lang Syne bought. the evening to it close.
