MONEY FOR BUTTERFAT.
INCREASE OF £48,000. CAMBRIDGE COMPANY'S FIGURES. (Special to Times.) CAMBRIDGE, Tuesday. The Cambridge (10-operative Dairy Company will make an advance on Muy hutterfat for butter manufacture of is 1d per ll), which is the highest rate since August, 1930. The company's pay-out is the highest in the \\’aikato for the past month. The suppliers will receive a total cheque of £11,495 for May compared with £7718 for the same period of last. season when the advance was at the rate of 85d a 177. So far this season the company will have distributed £204,096 made up of butter £138,374 and of cheese £05,722, compared with a total of £156,269 (butter £011,728 cheese £91,541) last year.
