Two well-known residents, both keen followers of wrestling. experi—mented \vlth "Lofty” Blomfleld's much—discussed oete’kius clamp. Guid—ed by diagrams and instructions” one man tried to put the hold on the other. He succeeded, JLhen to his horror he found he was unable -to loosen it. For fully ten minutes he man—oeuvred gingerly to his own discom—~ fort and the intense pain of the man on Whom the hold was applied, but without avail.
A member or the family was hastily despatched for a policeman. who soon had the clamp unloosened, without damage to either party.
