DESTRUCTION IN NEW ZEALAND. The Forest and Bird Protection Society or New Zealand, whose objects are to advocate and obtain the efficient protection and preservation of our native forests and (birds, enlisting the natural sympathy of our young. unity of control of all wild life. and the pre—servation of sanctuaries, scenic resortes, etc., in their native state, has issued a very attractive illustrated booklet that will make a strong ap—peal to all lovers of nature.
