“Whop.”—Your letter bears no signature or address. VALUABLE METALS. (To the Editor.) Sir,—l was interested in “Wager’’®” letter in this evening’s Waikato Times. In Marshall’s “Geology of New Zealand,” page 11, it is stated that platinum “occurs with gold to a slight extent at Orepuki and Gollingwoocl, and is found in small quantities at Waikaia and elsewhere. A little Iridium, osmium and other allied metals occur with the platinum.”—l am, etc., M. C. GUDEX. Hamilton, February 20.
