COMPREHENSIVE SCHEME. .EXPERTS COMPLETE REPORT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. The two visiting experts, Mr G. A. Hart, of Wellington, and Mr E. F. Borrie, of Melbourne, to-day handed lo the Auckland Drainage Board chairman, Mr Ernest Davis, their completed report on a comprehensive drainage scheme for the Auckland metropolitan district. The report will be considered by the hoard early In the New Year, meantime no publicity will he given.
