Scouters are requested to expedite camp returns to enable final arrangements to be made. This matter Is now urgent. Birthday and break-up teas have inune heavy demands on the time , of members or the District Starr the la3t week or two, but It is gratifying to see that interest in the movement Is not dimlnish-ng. Looking back on 1 035 a steady enort Is noticeable. This is reflected in the number of proficiency badges awarded ana also In the increased * number of badges. We are, however, looking iorward to greater progress during *»“ 0 ; Another pleasing feature Is the gradually Injcreasing strength of Ithe number or the Hamilton troops and the number ot boys coming back to the movement after a break In their service. It Is not intended to review the work of the wholo year, suffice it to say that whereas we have gone back In one or two ways we have more than made up for It In other directions. So let us all put up a better effort during the forthcoming year.
