A bilious headache may be cured by taking the juice, unsweatened, before breakfast. r Add a little to tinned fruit to improve the flavour. Always heat a lemon before using and you will get twice the quantity of juice from it. If when using a lemon you only require half of it, put the remaining haiiTon a plate, and cover with a tumibler. This excludes the air and prevents the lemon from drying up. An eminent London doctor writes: “Its uses are manifold, and the more we employ it externally the better we shall find ourselves.”
