ENJOYABLE CONCERT.

AT OLD MEN’S HOME. A very enjoyable concert was taken to the Old Men’s Home at the Waikato Hospital on Wednesday by Mr Taylor and party front the Gospel Hall and an appropriate programme was presented. The items were as follows: — Choir, “The First Noel," Magnificat, prayer and remarks; choir, “Sing to the Lord,” -Choral Anthems;, duet, “Watchman, What of the Night,’ Messrs Bryce and Clancey; choir, “Bright Skies are Everywhere,” Jubilate, “Welcome the Lord’s Day,” Jubilate; instrumental duet, “I heard the Voice of Jesus Say,” Mr and Mrs Al-chin; solo, “0 Love That Will Not Let Me Go,” Miss Taylor; -choir, “Come Let Us Worship,” Choral Anthems; solo, “The Unchanging One,” Mr Taylor; choir, “Hear-the -Christmas Bells,” Magnificat; quartette, “From Every Stormy Wind.” Choral Anthems; -choir, “Altogether Lovely,” Sankey’s; recitation, Mrs Hull; choir, ,“Oh How Lovely is Zion,” -Choral Anthems; duet, “lie is the Saviour For -Me,” .Miss Taylor and Mrs Broadbent,” choir, “Who Shall Not Fear Thee,” Choral Anthems; choir, “Prayer Song,” Jubilate. Afterwards the men were all given cakes, sweets and fruit, which were ■greatly appreciated- A ■ Christmas cake was left for Christmas Day.
