VICE-REGAL VISIT.

LORD AND LADY GALWAYFUNCTION AT OTOROIIANGA. (Special to Times.) OTOROHANGA, Thursday. The Governor-General, Viscount Galway, accompanied by Lady Galway and staff, officially visited Otorohanga yesterday and were welcomed at the town luill by a large gathering of citizens, residents of the rural areas, school children, returned soldiers and members of (Tie various local bodies of the town and district. The Governor-General addressed the 'school 'Children* who will bo granted a special holiday to mark the visit of the vice-regal party.
