NEW COMPANY IN BRITAIN. MISS JEAN BATTEN A DIRECTOR. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright (Received Dec. 18, 3 p.m. ) LONDON, Dec. 17. A company entitled C. W. A. Scott’s Flying Display, Limited, has acquired from Sir A. Cobham the aircraft and other assets of the national aviation display. Mr Scott is chairman and the directors Include Mr T- Campbell-Black and Miss Jean Batten.
The company alms at popularising flying and affording novices opportunities of dual control.
