For November supplies the Cambridge Co-operative Dairy Company will pay 9Ad per lb butlerfat for butlerl'al for butter-making, with a payment of lOd per 11) for cheese manufacture. q’lie final bonus for butler and cheese was made, the payment over the whole season being .SOGd per 11) tor butler and 1.033 d per lb for cheese, the Hdal payment, for Hie season being 10.2 Id for cheese and 10.123 d for but ter. The total pay-out amounted lo £40,000, £23,000 for November supplies and £ 17,000 for bonuses.
