THE RADIO INDUSTRY.
MOST SUCCESSFUL EXHIBITION. SALES REACH £30,000,000. (Official Wireless.) (Received Aug. 20, 3 p.m.) RUGBY, August 24. What is described as tlie most successful show in the history of the radio industry closed to-night at Olympia, and the exhibits are being immediately removed to Glasgow for a Scottish Exhibition. There have been record attendances during tho ten days of the exhibition, and exhibitors report that the orders placed assure a total sale of 1,800,000 receiving sets, representing a record turnover for the industry of £30,000,000.
