The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board is advised by cable from its London office that the shipments to the United Kingdom and South America during July were as follows: — Australia. —Carcases mutton, 73,062; carcases lamb, 92,385; quarters beef, frozen 177,984, chilled 25,787. South America. —Carcases mutton 46,596; carcases lamb, 216,046; quarters beef, frozen 1,499, chilled 519,026. Included in the South American figures are 56,946 carcases of lamb and 31,834 carcases of mutton shipped from Patagonia.
