MANAGEMENT OOMMITTEE MEET* y ATTRACTIONS FOR SATURDAY. Mr A. E. Gibbons presided at th« weekly meeting of the Management Committee of the Hamilton Rugby Football Union at the union’s rooms last evening. The managers of the Senior A and Seni'or B representative teams, which played at Cambridge and Hamilton on Saturday, submitted satisfactory reports. The Te Puke Club wrote inviting entries from the lcKial union to participate in its representative seven-a-side tourney,“which is to take place on August 31. It was decided to reply stating that owing to the club competitions being incomplete it would not toe possible to participate. A request from the Maniapoto Union for a Hamilton Senior B representative team to visit Otorohanga on August 17 was declined. Blnnle Cup. The secretary’s action in suggest* ing to the Waipa Union the date of September 14 for .the Binnie Cup match between the champion club teams of the respective sub-unions was confirmed. The Junior Board’s action in administering a caution to a junior player ordered off for reckless kicking was confirmed. It was decided to write to the Cambridge Union expressing to it the Hamilton Union’s appreciation of the courtesies extended to the local senior representative players and. to the Hamilton officials last Saturday. The principal attraction at Rugby Park on Saturday will be the secondary school game, Auckland Grammar v.
