A CRASH IN FRANCE.
DIVING IN FJLAMES. & PILOT BURNED TO DEATH. y ' Crmed Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. PARIS, August 5. France’s only stratosphere aeroplane, on which the Farnian Brothers have been working for three years, crashed near Bonnieres. The pilot, M. Cogno, who had been entrusted to 'test the plane, at over 33,000 feet, flew for 75 minutes, when the machine was seen to he diving In flames. It Is believed that M, Gogno, who was burned to death, was overcome and fainted while at a great height.
