Tlie news that a community “sing” will be he’d at the Theatre Royal tomorrow at 12.30 p.m. will 1)0 a welcome intimation to those who remember the many happy hours that community singing afforded in Hamilton last year. The Rev. Jasper Calder, well known as a popular song leader in Auckland, will conduct the singing, assisted by a party of Auckland artists. A coljeclion'is to be taken up to assist the r„nds that are ueing raised to procure footwear for indigent children.
