MILK MARKETING.
THE BRITISH SCHEMK, QUESTION OF CONTINUANCE, POLL TO DECIDE. (Official Wireless.) July 20, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, July 19. A poll of registered produoeri under the milk marketing scheme which has been in operation since autumn, 1933, to dooide whether or not the scheme shall be ended by revocation as provided for in the Act, will take place between August 3 and 15.
The poll was recently suggested by the chairman of tho Milk Marketing Board in view of the criticisms of the board’s policy by some producers.
