Notice Is hereby given that it Is the intention of the Council of the County of Raglan at its meeting to be held at the County Office, Ngaruawahia, on Thursday, the 15th. day of August, 1935, to make and levy a General Rate, under tho provisions of Sections 120 and 121 of the Counties’ Act, 1920, and under Sections 43 and 47 of the Rating Act, 1925, on the Unimproved Value of all rateable Properties within the County, as appearing on the Valuation Rolls for the time being in force in the various Ridings of the County of Raglan, as follows:

Under authority of Section 167 and 173 of the Counties Act, 1920, a maintenance rate of 2d in the £ on the Unimproved Value on lands classified A Class, Id In the £ on lands classified B Class, id In the £ on lands classified C Class, will be levied In the Ruawaro Drainage District. A maintenance rate of 2d in the £ on the Unimproved Value on lands classified A class, Id In the £ on lands classified B Class, id in the £ on lands classified C Class, will he levied in tho Rotongaro Drainage District. Classification lists of all lands in the above districts may be inspected at the County Office, Ngaruawahia. All such General, Hospital and Drainage Rates to be for the year commencing on the Ist. day of April, 1933, and ending on the 31st. day of March, 1936, and to be payable in each case to llio County Clerk and Collector at the County Office at Ngaruawahia on the 15th. day of September, 1935.
