Tsaldaris, announces that be will convoke Llio National Assembly for July 1 for the purpose of confirming the decrees issued since the revolt. After that there will be an adjournment until September in order to prepure a modification of the Constitution. Several members of Hie Cabinet urge an immediate plebiscite on the restoration of the monarchy, which, under I lie Premier’s plan, appears to be postponed until October at the earliest.
