EXCHANGE CHARGED
reserve bank dividend. SURPRISE FOR SHAREHOLDERS. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) AUCKLAND, Munday. Some local shareholders in Hie Reserve Bank of New Zealand have expressed surprise that they have to pay exchange from Wellington when cashing dividend warrants. It is customary with the trading banks to make dividend warrants payable at any bank without such additional charges. The Reserve Bank does Its local business through the Bank of New Zealand, but apparently no arrangements have been made with it or with any of the banks lo pay the Reserve Bank warrants free of exchange.
