SCIENTIFIC MEANS OF DEFENCE.
CO-ORDINATION OF EFFORTS. COMMITTEE APPROVES PLANS. (Omclal Wireless.) (Received June 7, moon. RUGBY, June 6. In the House of Commons to-day the Prime Minister, replying to Mr Winston Churchill, said the committee that was considering scientific means of defence against air attacks had held ■two meetings, at which had been reviewed in detail the research and experiments undertaken by a committee of scientists which had been continuously at work. A number of research and experiment plans had been approved, and recommendations made which are being adopted and which will ensure complete co-ordination and the activo prosecution of research.
