ADDINGTON MARKET. Entries in the sheep sections were of average size at the Addington market, but fat cattle were fewer. There was a good all-round sale. Store Sheep.—The entry, of ewes was unchanged, and lambs were also about the same as last week. Wethers were belter by 7s a head. Extra good ewe lambs, made to 245, average- e\Ve 16s 8d to 19s 3d, forward 14s 4d to 15s Gd, others 10s to 13s 7d. good sound-mouth halfbred ewes 17s 3d to 20s, sound and full-mouth Us 2d to 12s 9d, aged and inferior 7s to. 10s 4d; average station wethers 16s 9d to 18s 6d, others T3s Gd to IGs 4d. Fat Sheep.—The entry was 3600. Quality was moderate. The market was somewhat irregular, prices in cases showing an appreciation on last week, but on the average there was little change in values. The export schedule was unaltered since tiro preceding week, and most of the linns were operating for freezing sorls. DAIRY STOCK AT WESTFIELD

. There was a distinct advance in values, especially in (lie dairy cattle section, at Ihe Westlleid weekly stock sale yesterday. A smaller yarding of cows and heil'ers, with a larger number of good quality cattle, sharpened the demand, and sales were brisk- The general level of. prices for average quality stock was also advanced, while choice springers and recently-calved heifers and cows showed a considerable appreciation in values. The best realisation was £7 2s Gd, for a line type of Jersey heifer. A fair number of second-season Jersev and Jerseycross cows found a ready market, and they were disposed of at prices ranging between £5 and £G 15s. In the store cattle section the recent rates were maintained, but a firm demand was experienced among boner bulls. The top price for fat bulls was £5 17s 6d.
