The Paris correspondent of tho Daily Mail states that the dead body of a French airman floated gently to earth attached to a parachute after the aeroplane in which ho had been flying over Chateau Roux at a height of 3500 feet was cut in two in a collision with another machine. The airnian was killed as the machines met. A second man leapt out unhurt, but Was killed when ho crashed to the ground owing to his parachute hot opening. The only other ddcufiaht of the other machine was thrown out of the Cddkfiit, but with the aid of his para-* 1 chute reached the, ground safely.
