(Received April 6, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 5d The Times’ rowing’ writer says that to-morrow', for the 'first time since 1927, Oxford has a good chance of winning the boat race after 11 successive defeats, but lie favours Cambridge, whose style and co-ordination are superior. There is every prospect of a great race, because Oxford, which is .the heaviest crew that has ever competed in the inter-university race, is the strongest and the best Oxford has produced for years. Neither irevv is exceptionally fast.
