Samuel Golchvyn, it is reported, is offering £20,000 Tor an idea! He cannot find a 'good story for the next Eddie 'Cantor picture, so lie has announced that lie will pay the £'20,000 to the person who submits the first
satisfactory suggestion. . A detailed story is not necessary. What is required is simply a novel theme for a Cantor comedy. The only stipulation is .that it must be completely away from the usual Cantor formula. June Knight and Paul Ames sepa* rated after 12 days of married life.
