INTERNATIONAL FORCE. ADDRESS BY COMMANDANT. BRITISH CONTINGENT COMPLETES ~ \ 1 (Official Wireless.) , (Received Dec. 31, 12.45 p.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 30. ‘ The Commander-in-Chief of th# Saar .International Force, General Blind, at an informal reception of representatives of the British Press at Saarbrucken, stressed the peaceful mission of the force, and the desire that its presence should incommode the local population as little as possible. He said he aimed to establish cordial relations with the Saar authorities and civil population, as well as between sections of the .International Force itself, and was most satisfied with the progress already achieved.
