The covered court tennis tournaments were continued to-day, with the following results of the quarterfinals: Men’s Singles: Borotra defeated Glasser, 6—4, 4 —6, 6—4; Prenn defeated Merlin, 6 —o, 6 —o. Merlin has not fully recovered, from his recent motor accident. Men’s Doubles: Martin and Legeay defeated Stedman and Malfroy (New Zealand), 6 —4, 6—4. Mixed Doubles: Lesueur and Mile. Barbier defeated Stedman and Miss Cunningham, 6—3, G—3; Deborman and Mile. Adamson defeated Malfroy and Mile. Adamoff, G—3, 4. —6, 6—3.
