They also have occupied Afdul. ROME, Dec. 26. Officials deny that the Italians have advanced and point out that Afdul lias been under Italian control for years. They declare that reconnaisance flights were necessitated by the massing of Abyssinians. They also deny any intention of taking the initiative. Italy is ready to settlo Hie boundary question when the demand for reparations for the Ualual incident is fullllled.
