The above sentences are extracts from a speech 'made at the annual convention of the English Advertising Association at Leicester recently by Dr. E. Leslie Burgin, Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade. The burden of his address was “Advertise to flasten National Recovery."
What can be done in Great Britain can he accomplished in New Zealand if business men are alert enough to seize their opportunities. Newspaper advertising is the best—• has been proved by many testa to be the best foi’m of publicity.—Marlborough Express.
