ROYAL VISIT. JJAMILTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS. 28th. DECEMBER, 1934. Notice Is hereby given that under the Powers conferred by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, on FRIDAY, 28th. DECEMBER, 1934, on the occasion of the visit of His Royal Highness the Duke of Gloucester to Hamilton traffic will be restricted to the following extent: — VEHICULAR TRAFFIC: Other than cars specially authorised, no vehicles are permitted to travel in: (a) HINEMOA STREET from Bryce St. to London St. from 3.30 p.m. to 4.15 p.m. (b) SEDDON ROAD from Norton Rd. to Tainui St., or NORTON ROAD from Seddon Rd. to Hinemoa St. from 3.45 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (c) WARD STREET from Railway entrance to Seddon Rd. from 4.15 p.m. to 4.40 p.m. (d) LONDON STREET, VICTORIA STREET from London St. to Hood St. HOOD STREET, ANGLESEA STREET from Hood St. to Palmerston St., PALMERSTON STREET and OHAUPO ROAD from Palmerston St. to the Hospital, from 4.40 p.m. to 5 p.m. (e) OHAUPO ROAD from Hospital to Lake Gates, LAKE DOMAIN DRIVE, TAINUI STREET and Ward Street from 5.5 p.m,. to 5.20 p.m. PARKING: Cars are not to park in the following Streets during the hours mentioned. WARD STREET within limit Eastern Railway Entrance to Tainui St. intersection, 4 p.m. to 5.20 p.m. HINEMOA STREET from Bryce St. to London Street, 3.30 p.m. to 4.10 p.m. SEDDON ROAD from Bryce St. to Norton Rd„ 3.30 p.m. to 5.10 p.m. NORTON ROAD from Seddon Rd. to London S-t., 3.30 p.m. to 5.10 p.m. \ LONDON STREET on Northern side from Hinemoa St., to Victoria St., 4.15 p.m. to 5.10 p.m. VICTORIA STREET on Western side from London St. to Hood St., 4.15 p.m. to 5,10 p.m. HOOD STREET on Southern side, 4.15 p.m. to 5.10 p.m. PEDESTRIANS are requested to refrain from using the carriageways on the above-mentioned streets except wheVe this is unavoidable. DECEMBER, at Seddon Park. The most convenient point of approach is along .the Norton Road frontage. The Somerset Street entrance is reserved for ticket-holders, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, Returned Soldiers, the Waikato Regimental and Hamilton Municipal Band and the' Official Party.
