Great Britain, Ireland and Continent of Europe (specially addressed only), via Panama; also Central America, Canal Zone, Jamaica, Chill, and Bolivia, at 5.30 a.m. To connect at Auckland with s.s. All mails will lie closed at 3 a.m. Telegraph Office: 9 a.m. to noon and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, December 31.—A counter delivery between 7 p.m. ami 8 p.m. of letters (registered and ordinary) addressed within the postmen’s deliveries.
