Wednesday, December 26 (Roving Day) —Post Office: A close holiday in''all branches. All mails will lie closed at 8 a.m. Telegraph Office: 9 a. in. to noun and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, December 31. —A counter delivery hoi ween 7 pan. and 8 p.m. of ]rtiers (registered and ordinary) addressed within the postmen’s deliveries.
