HUGE DIVIDENDS
BUT VERY LOW WAGES. REVELATIONS IN CANADA. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyrlgdt OTTAWA, Dec. 20. Dividends running as high as 118 peir cent in the textile industries were revealed before the Price Spreads commission, and wages as low as two dollars per week, with an average of five dollars 40 cents. . Mr Sam Factor, Liberal member of the commission, declared the revelations weere an illustration of what follows high protection for tariffs.
